Welcome to Live in St. Pete! I love living here so much that I decided to create a blog about this great place I call home. I’ve lived here since 1986, went to St. Petersburg High School and Eckerd College here, and have loved watching the city change from “the home of the newly wed or nearly dead” to a thriving, urban community.

Great restaurants, cultural events, art galleries, festivals, music, performing arts . . . everything you could want to do or see is at your fingertips here, without the traffic and congestion of a big city. St. Petersburg feels small, but lives big!
